Ercall Magna Parish Council is regularly consulted on Planning Applications by the Local Planning Authority, Telford & Wrekin Council.

Here is the Consultation Policy

The Chairman of the Council is also keen to hear from any local resident or developer who may be considering developing within the Parish. Sometimes initial discussions can be useful. Please contact the Clerk if you would like an initial meeting.

Planning Meetings are held as and when necessary. This can be for specific topics, or because the Members need to consider an application and the timescale will not allow it to be included on a Full Council Agenda.
